Fadi Salback (born 1998) has signed with Podillya Khmelnytskyi in the Ukranian 3rd tier.  He played last season with Ontario Tech (OUA) and scored 15 goals in 16 matches.  He has also played for FC Vorutka in the Toronto area last year.

This is probably more about getting games and being seen by a wider audience. Had pretty good stats in his final year, i read he would have likely been picked in the MLS draft had he played more than one year at a big school.

Michael Kulas has signed with HNK Zadar in the 4th level in Croatia from Glen Shields FC. I think he was with TFC Academy at one time.

I realize that probably isn't the greatest source, but according to this website which details various Nigerian soccer players, he has been invited to train with Chelsea with a possibility of a transfer from TFC.  The article also goes on to say that he's also being looked at by R.S.C. Anderlecht of the Belgian Jupiler Pro League.

Transfermarkt shows him playing 4 games (over 60' in all, 90' in two)

Highlights of the last one 

Gives away a penalty at around the 2:00 mark, if the number transfermarkt gives (5) is correct.  

However did score in an earlier game in a scrabble from a corner (0:40).

After going through several clubs in eastern Croatia last few months, looks like the Janjicek twins(2001) Seven and Tomas have a found a club where they are getting playing time. They're with Borac Bobota in the 4th level of Croatian soccer. They've both been in the staring line-up last couple of weekends.
