shamrock
Another Canadian player in Sweden's third (Division 1) Karman Singh was on the bench for Husqvarna yesterday. He's a goalkeeper and I couldn't fid him in the google doc. CHECK: Saini is there alright. But is Alex De Carolis also? 24 yr old defender from Sarnia according to soccerway. Or Charlie Gregory? 25 yr old midfelder, who played 63 minutes for Assyriska against De Carolis' Vasteras (who had tenfold the turnout than most in their league). Toje
Stefan Cebara is back after almost a year without a club (i think). He signed with FK Utenis of the Lithuanian 1st tier yesterday http://www.delfi.lt/sportas/futbolas/utenis-sulauke-pastiprinimo-is-kroatijos-ir-slovenijos.d?id=74455464 David C., Ivanovski94, johnyb and 1 other
Big_M
The coach of Utenis has just been removed. He probably approved the signing of Cebara. Hopefully it won't have a negative effect on him such as the new coach not having him in his plans. We've heard that one many times. Interestingly, the club ceased competing in 2011 and was reestablished in 2014, joining the 2nd league. They got promoted right away and are still in the first league. The league went from 10 teams in 2015 to 8 in 2016 after one team was disqualified for breach of fairplay regulations and another withdrew after accusations of match-fixing and breach of fairplay regulations. Big_M
Stamopoulos is still starting at LB with 23 in 27 games but his team is now in the relegation zone with 7 games to go. Zambazis appeared on the bench for the first time this season in the league on April 9. hamiltonfan and Unnamed Trialist
shermanator
A couple new faces in League1 Ontario based on the boxscores from week 1. Chris Mannella (formerly with TFC) is with Vaughan Azzurri. Dario Conte (formerly with Ottawa Fury) is with OSU Force. Other familiar faces include Quillan Roberts, Dylan Carreiro and Oscar Cordon still with Woodbridge Strikers. Le Shaun and Le Rohne Young are both back with Durham United. Big_M
Jonathan Parolini of Durham used to play in serie d in italy when it was 5th tier and then played one game in the 4th tier with Bellaria Igea Marina. Vaughan also has the Mills brothers, Evan Brandon John who played in d5 germany and last year in usl with s2 and Dante Pavan who played in d4 and d5 italy. Master's has veterans Tristan Watson and Jelani Grant, Watson played d4 and d5 in germany and Grant played in multiple countries. This is a high quality league. Glad to see stats posted. Hopefully they will put up some games online to watch. hamiltonfan
Big_M
Taylor Lord with Durham...wow what a blast from the past. Remember him being at Monaco and having high hopes for him but he only got to usl pro. Now I really got to watch the Durham vs Vaughan game that is up on the site. Big_M
Of FC London, Dominic Szyszka was on the bench for some games last year with Wigry Suwalki in d2 poland and played with Bron Radom in d4. Mark Serjeant played in usl with tfc2 and Elvir Gigolaj played in nasl with fc edmonton.
Big_M
Wow Sigma looks stronger than ever. Jelani Smith who signed with sturm graz in austria but only played with their reserve team in d3 and played in d5 germany. Giuliano Frano, Dominic Samuel and Jonathan Grant who have come back with usl experience and some players ready to go to strong college teams. Wondering if Marcel Zajac, Reggie Laryea and Duran Lee will also come back. The team that qualifies for the Voyageurs cup will most likely add more high quality players and have a chance to get to the final four. hamiltonfan
