Tom Brady's lawyer could sue U.S. Soccer if talks don't work out

You may know the name Jeffrey Kessler as the lawyer representing Tom Brady in the deflategate hearings. Now he’s taking on Major League Soccer. On behalf of the North American Soccer League, Kessler is accusing the MLS of operating a monopoly.

Interesting twist in that MLS has often used NASL as proof that they are NOT running a monopoly whenever players have complained...

Latest rumor on this is that NASL officials met with USSF officials last week to discuss D1 sanctioning. Also heard on twitter that the commish was NOT at the meeting (prob a good thing, he tends to put his foot in his mouth too often).
