Looks like Stoyanov hasn't been transferred and is starting for Ludogorets in the Champions League ahead of Borjan. Pretty disappointing if he is going to be the backup all year. Missing the Gold Cup for these games only makes sense if he is playing.

+1.

wow terrible. misses gold cup. doesn't start champs league. may be back up all year.

and if stoyanov is cap tied in the champs league it will be even harder to sell him.

Yeah was really hoping they would start Borjan in order to preserve Stoyanov's value to sell especially against a team they should roll over. Pretty good indication they aren't selling him I would say.

There was tons of interest in him in Italy. Teams as big as Roma, Palermo and Fiorentina were looking at him. What has happened, were they asking too much for him?

Read through the Hearts Twitter feed. He's a U20 trialist and doesn't have a kit number assigned to him so he's not actually with the first team. He did make the start today which was a mix of youth and first team players. Mentioned quite a bit in the twitter updates of the first half so must have been lively like you said.

from Hearts site,

One unfamiliar face in the middle of the park last night was Dario Zanatta, a 18-year-old trialist from Canada.

Dario has been training with Jack Ross’ Development Squad and Robbie revealed he’s keen for him to come on board permanently.

“We’re trying to get Dario in,” he said. “He’s been at Vancouver and was on trial at the end of last season. He’s come back in again for pre-season and we like him, so we’re just trying to get something sorted.”

Borjan rode the pine yesterday while stoyanov started(and became cup tied) as his club were upset big time 1-0 in 2nd round champions league qualifying. The moldovan team were 13-1 long shots winning thhe match.

Stoyanov could still move, but seeing that means that teams looking to get Stoyanov now are not playing in Europe or have him poised to be a back-up.

I was referring to Borjan. Can he move two times in one transfer window?

I know there is a rule about only being allowed to play for 3 clubs in one season.
