charlesmazz
I might be mistaken, but I think the Winnipeg team is always really, really young too. They are the youngest in their division with 3 players aged 17, 3 aged 18 , 2 aged 19 and the balance under 23. They are also all local Winnipeg players.
charlesmazz
May 23 Des Moines Menace 1 WSA Winnipeg 0 good game by this young Winnipeg squad against the current Heartland Division Champs. Tired legs at the end 5 games in 8 days, prevented them from an equalizer.

charlesmazz
A very gutsy tie by WSA Winnipeg in added time after playing with 10 men for over 60 minutes. WSA Winnipeg's goal was ruled an own goal after Jash Sangha's cross was deflected in by a Springfield defender following a pass by Braeden Hidalgo-Mazzei. charlesmazz
I live in a Winnipeg now. I don't understand why WSA Winnipeg plays indoor games well into mid June, baffling. I am not sure as to previous years but the reason their first 3 home games are at the indoor complex is because the outdoor facility is being used by Women's World Cup.
