Dub Narcotic
Made his first pro appearance for FCE this weekend. Fullback, played in the U-20 team in the 2013 cycle, eligible for Ivory Coast and France as well (you never know!). Grew up in Paris, Montreal and Edmonton, played with the FCE academy and reserves and has had a few trials in Europe.

shermanator
Looked good in his minutes yesterday. Did well to get up the left side, no real defensive miscues at the back end. If Watson is hurt looking forward to seeing more of him!

shermanator
Just signed an extension through 2017. Good stuff. Possible Moses replacement?
jonovision
I managed to see some of yesterday's game. He was forced to switch to right back when Eddie Edward went out and didn't look out of place. Good bit of versatility to have.

Ruffian
Made the NASL team of the week: http://www.fcedmonton.com/news/2015/09/30/laing-zebie-named-to-nasl-team-of-the-week Attakora was in that team of the week also. Too bad Zebie wasn't an RB. And he speaks English and French! A true Canadian.
yothat
"The Eddies, coming off a three-game losing streak to start the season, went back to basics, going with a 4-4-2 with Shiels and Ameobi up top. Canadian Allan Zebie started in the defensive midfield role, and had a strong game, winning ball after ball against a Puerto Rico team filled with physically imposing players." BCM
Let's end all talk of a Gold Cup call up before it starts. Dreadful game today for the young man. Tough day at the office, hope he rebounds well.
shamrock
Yeah well I don't consider that first goal to be totally on him. What was Watson thinking with that pass? Maybe he could have done better but he was put in a tough spot there.
Big_M
That was 100% Zebie, his first touch was a gift to the opponent while with a good touch he could simply have passed it to the keeper. Can't make these mistakes at the pro level.
shamrock
So was that the best option Watson had then? I don't think so. Moreover he shouldn't be walking with the ball at all and stay in his D-position. You'd think after 10 years of Pro-experience he should know by now...

His touch and decisions were poor throughout. First touch especially. Nearly every time, I think.
shamrock
Well that's another thing. He did have a poor game, in fact he's not that great a soccer player.

My first sentence says lets end the talk "before it starts". But we all know there's always eventually going to be talk for any of our guys playing regularly (because sadly we have so few).
