I wonder if this is a post WWC bump where people are now used to tuning in and find soccer? The good results that both Vancouver and Toronto have been having certainly don't hurt. Just imagine if EPL played during prime time in Canada how much higher their ratings will be in this country? MLS and 3 Canadian MLS clubs need to do better job of promoting MLS in this country so TV numbers wouldn't be so low. It's not the EPL. It's Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal that get high ratings. Low budget, MLS teams can't compete with the creme de la creme of soccer. Also, Chelsea played right after so people waiting for that game just casually left it on there.
