Canada U20 vs Russia U21 & the United States U20

So this tournament is "U21" and Russia and Ireland have brought players eligible for their next UEFA U21 cycle which feature players born in 1994 or later. So pretty serious result for the States beating the Russians.

Not a really impressive generation for the Americans when you consider their ambitions.  Their two best players Green and potentially Zelalem aren't even American.  Obviously still a great team and probably better than us man for man but surprising to see that they have less first team experience than our squad.

I guess if you dig further with their roster you notice things like that. The striker at Atletico hasn't played a minute for them in UEFA Youth Champions League:
