IceCreamMan
No Aird. Hopefully this is a case of Rangers just not wanting to release him instead of something more.
Barthez-Battalion
Team looks good although surprised no Calum Ferguson or Jackson Farmer. As far as I know Jalali isn't even that fit. Isn't he still dealing with an injury?
IceCreamMan
Rares (Chris) Serban- Anyone know anything about him? Just googled him and he actually went to my high school but he's the only name on here I didn't recognizance.
shermanator
According to Dr. Bobby, he's not bad! Benjamin Massey@Lord_Bob · 3h 3 hours ago Also: pretty cool to see Chris Serban on the #CanM20 roster. I saw him reaaaaaaal good in PDL this year. Blackdude
The question is always will the clubs make the player available when WCQ is going on? If Aird was omitted because Rangers gave a categorical no to Aird playing in WCQ, I don't mind. The goal of Gale is to build on the players who you know will be there. jordan
Aird is busy getting playing time with Rangers. No need to jeopardise that situation. He is injured.

Barthez-Battalion
I hope we soon see a u23 camp. The US have started doing them to make sure they have some cohesion going into the Olympic qualifying. We could really use that too.

Barthez-Battalion
Is Mark Anthony-Kaye eligible for this group? If he is, he probably should have been called up. Also I refuse to believe, even if they suck, that Canada has no RB at all that they could call up from any of the academies.
jonovision
I like the looks of this Team Manitoba. Seriously, three players in one team with Manitoba roots (Froese, Bustos, Carreiro) has to be the most for any age group or gender in some time. A_Gagne
Aird, Farmer, Larin aside this is probably our 1st choice squad... + Mark Anthony-Kaye, if you rate him. Personally, I'm not sure he'd bump any of the midfielders here other than perhaps Aparicio. A lot of talent here. Probably the strongest team we've had at this age group in a while. I'm excited to see what they can do. Also, huge for CIS and UBC to see Serban getting a call. I hope he ends up in VWC kit next year.

toontownman
Strong squad, light up top but not a huge problem if we playing 4-1-4-1. We have the midfielders to do that. Interesting to see Bustos back in the fold and happy. Will be a tough game.

king1010
There are still a few good players who weren't called up to this camp, not just Larin. Aird, Farmer and Larin. Larin is in NCAA playoffs he'll be there come WCQ. Hopefully Rangers will let Aird will be there as well although looks like Rangers are in a dogfight with Hearts for that automatic promotion spot. Would be really cool to see a young CDN starting for Rangers in the Scottish Premiership.

The U-20 team is pretty tightly aligned with the CMNT and we finally have a sound tactical style for the Men's team. Regardless it's a very strong setup; maybe top 2 or top 3 in CONCACAF. The 4-1-41 works well I suppose but we have three attacking midfielders on our team. I hope we use them properly and don't just shunt them onto the wing.
