jpg75
"The fixture follows victorious England’s Four Nation Tournament campaign – during which the U20s beat Germany and hosts Holland, before securing the point they needed against Turkey to win the competition. The U20s' last game on home soil was a 6-0 victory over Romania at Telford in September and Boothroyd will be looking to continue his unbeaten run." Gulp. Lord Bob
The article does not technically say they'll be facing Canada U20. We might have a shot!
Barthez-Battalion
It will be a good test and good prep for the U20 CONCACAF Championship in early 2015. Hope we see Fraser Aird debut.
rob.notenboom
I wonder what the chance of this being on TV is. Low I'm sure.
IceCreamMan
I wonder what the chance of this being on TV is. Low I'm sure. You would think that it would be shown in England so should be able to find a stream.
rob.notenboom
You would think that it would be shown in England so should be able to find a stream. Yep. Was thinking the same thing. Main Sportsnet channels are so much more reliable though

Probably be on Sportsnet World and Sportsnet.ca I will be shocked to see this game being played live on main Sportsnet channels.
Greatest Cockney Rip Off
Ugh wish this wasn't on a Tuesday night and train tickets weren't so expensive. I need to take a better look and see if I can make it. Are they any other Voyageurs living in London? BT sport has been showin a lot of England u21 matches over the past year so they might show this. I'll post if I see any listings for it.

Raven
I highly doubt this game will be on canadian tv. Sportsnet World does show U21 Euro games...so it might happen. Definately a feed somewhere though I would think.
Northvansteve
This will be a great test of Canada's program: most of our best prospects are on this U-20 team. Carducci, Farmer, Gasparotto, Adekugbe, Gagnon-Lapare, Boakai, Gonzalez-Froese, Petrasso, Larin, Beland-Goyette, Carreiro, Aparicio, Hamilton. Don't see anyone turning down this opportunity! Hopefully it doesn't get in the way of anyones club commitments, could be a great test of the above names. We could actually put out a really promising team too. This list above is an exciting one and you can still add the likes of Alderson, Aird, Comsia and Bustos (easy now..too soon, too soon).

ray
This could be a better squad than we might be able to field come January. Hope the lads can show Canada the future is bright.

SCF08
You would think that it would be shown in England so should be able to find a stream. I don't think so. The U18 and U20 categories are not highly regarded in Europe. If it was U21 or U19 if would have a much better chance of a stream.
An Observer
If memory serves correct from all those years living in England, what they call u19 is what we call u20, and what they call u21, we call u23 so this is one of the highly regarded ages. Soccerpro
This team, in my opinion will have some talent. Our last u20 team, in my opinion had talent but didn't play well. Offensively we should be stronger this time.

I would move JGL into CM in place of Carreiro and put Comsia or another defender in at RB.
Soccerpro
These hypotheticals looks nice and all but lets remember: 1. Most teams we will play in u20 qualifying will have numerous players getting regular first team minutes in high level domestic leagues - for the most part, we will not. 2. Potential still is only potential. There's nothing stopping a lot of these guys from dropping off the earth in 2 years. as we have seen so many times in the past.
