Away Trip - Canada vs Colombia - NYC October 14th

In a similar boat to Duncan, been lurking for years but never posted. Seeing how I've been living in New York for almost 10 years now I haven't been able to attend many matches, but did bring a big group to the Voyageurs section at the USA BMO friendly in 2012 and hit up the 2009 Gold Cup QF vs Honduras in Philly. Suffice it to say I'm pretty pumped to get a chance to see the reds in my own (adopted) backyard.

Count me in for at least two tickets... trying to scrounge up some more expat support in the coming weeks.

Thanks

glad to see you posting..how can you not go to a game in your own backyard?  ill put you down for 2

Any idea on pre game? Still not sure but if I do I won't get into Newark until 530pm.

Edit: is everyone staying in Manhattan?

I think the pre game is Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

It is a double header though... so I suspect we will be at the first game. We'll have to play it by ear, but if anyone has any suggestions for a pre game bar.... please let us know.

there are some bars/restaurants along ferry st, just across the bridge from red bulls arena. pregamed there prior to a greece WC warmup friendly. portugese neighbourhood similar to college st in Toronto. nothing too fancy but could get the job done

Ok..Lets get these bought. We have exclusive access to this section for a few more days. We need to show people that we can fill a section (or area) if we want to keep getting these special areas.

please, if you are going, or know someone going, get on and get your tickets.

anyone heading down Friday?

would love to hit all the games: TFC v RedBull, Leafs vs. Rangers, Raptors vs. Knicks, then the double header on Tuesday...

Have you got your ticket to the Canada game yet?

Do that soon, we won't be able to hold the section much longer

There should be space going down.
