From his recent impromptu reddit Q&A

"""

Grew up at Foothills (calgary, amateur club) before moving to play in the Vancouver Whitecaps residency. Then decided to go to school. Played University and CSL (semi pro) for a year and half before making a move to Europe. I signed in Holland (2nd division) with De Graafschap for a year before coming to Finland. As a late developer, needed time to grow and start to fill out before making the move. Slowly coming ;)

Currently playing with Kuopion Palloseura in the Finnish top flight. He went to school at York, not sure which CSL team he played with.

Had a good RNO interview last year as well.

Whenever I click on videos, or interviews it only gives me hits from 2011. I know they've done things since then, why aren't they visible on the site?

New articles are on the carousel at the top and they go to the archives from there. Try the archives link and you can go through articles chronologically going backward in time.

Oh and check out the podcasts. I hear they're brilliant :P

I hear that spacey sounding one is the best Canadian soccer podcast available. That Jeff fellow is by far my favourite podcast personality of any podcast I've ever listened to. You too can let him know how much you love him by tweeting @JeffDSalisbury.

Shame that its so hard to get into MLS, it would be great to see him play more often and get into the CMNT picture. I don't think Floro will call players in from Finland as it is a league that is close to the NASL. He seems to be getting better and better each year though, so maybe after this year he will move to a better league.

From what I've seen he is a good player with nice technical skills and I'm sure most here have seen his wonder goal from last season.  He looks to be getting a bit bigger (strength wise, he's already 6'3) since he's turned pro which is crucial for him to move on IMO. Hopefully he can take the same route as Ricketts and move to Romania or another country.

He mentioned in the interview he's still in school so maybe when he's done he'll look at moving abroad.
