DJT
Guidelines for this thread In this thread post match updates on all Canadians abroad for February 28 - March 6, 2014. If you find updates posted in some other thread then post them here as well, but be sure to credit the original poster. nolando
Japan 12 am ET Nagoya v Shimizu (Jakovic) Shimizu S-Pulse kicks off the J-League season away from home, will Jakovic be in the squad? Dejan is listed as starting on the bench (jersey #19) but the match is apparently on March 1 so we shall see. Starts soon our time, I believe http://www.s-pulse.co.jp/games/result/2014030103/

ヤコヴィッチ 19 DF

shamrock
Germany: 1. Bundesliga: Augsburg - Hannover '96 - De Jong starts on the bench for the Bavarians 2. Bundesliga: Erzgebirge Aue - 1. FC Koeln 2-2 - McKenna stayed on the bench. Koeln looks to be promoting (again) this season. 3. Bundesliga: MSV Duisburg - Wehen Wiesbaden - Ledgerwood starts on the bench for Duisburg, nu sign of Straith, not even on the bench. Stuttgarter Kickers - 1. FC Heidenheim - DFB doesn't have the line-ups up yet, E-B will probably get a couple of minutes at the end of the game

shamrock
OK the dfb-website seems to be up to date now. So in the 3. Liga: Edwini-Bonsu got in at the 82nd minute, looks like he's getting less and less playing time. Then the Regionalliga's, the regional Championships who play for promotion play-offs to the 3. Liga. Nordost: Lok Leipzig conceded another loss and the Canadians seem to have disappeared. Nika was pulled back from a loan I guess, but instead of Latendresse they brought in another goalkeeper from Bosnia. Lapenna is listed on the team but has yet to appear on a game-sheet for Lok. West: Piette got another star-to-finish as his side fell 4-1 to local rivals Borussia Moenchengladbach 2. FC Wiendenbrueck also lost an away game: Sportfreunde Siegen beat them 2-0, as Wassey got a start and was subbed of at the 76. minute. Suedwest: Lucas Menz did not feature for Wormatia Worms, which was rather fortunate as his replacement Nulle had to pull 7 balls from the nets, Freiburg 2 won 7-2. I have no idea what's going on with Menz who looked to have a taken the nr. 1 spot before the winterbreak. Bayern (Clarke and Stanese) will start next week when MLS does and in Nord Oldenburg (Canizares) will play tomorrow.

He is fit again now and doing various trials, including in France. It is a great shame about Leipzig not giving Latendresse a chance at all. Obinna
Turkey Besiktas 0 - 0 Antalyaspor Hutchinson played 90 minutes in the draw, and picked up a yellow card. Japan 12 am ET Nagoya v Shimizu (Jakovic) Shimizu S-Pulse kicks off the J-League season away from home, will Jakovic be in the squad? Has Hutchinson been playing CM or RB for Besiktas? I notice they brought in Jermaine Jones on loan from Schalke and he also started I believe. Are they paired up in the middle I wonder?
Unnamed Trialist
No Aleman for Valladolid B as they fell away to Gimnástica Segoviana 1-0. They are still first though. Their keeper was called up to the first team so there you go, from jumping from 4th to 1st tier, and I said it would not happen.
