Redcoatsforever
Looks like they read the criticism of the crest and elected to add the word "Ottawa" into the badge itself. Not bad.
madmonte
I mean it's a pretty basic design, and I've heard the logo and the team name get panned. But whatever, everyone's got opinions. Bottom line, another team in Canada playing on a significant level. Congratulations Ottawa, extremely happy to have you aboard.
Mark83
I really like it. It avoids using a maple leaf like most Canadian teams, doesn't go with the obvious soccer ball clip art and reminds me of this: http://i.imgur.com/KeMCNCE.jpg It's not as good as the Vancouver Whitecaps crest, but I still think its a strong badge. Hopefully they do well and stick around for a very, very long time.
Guest Future CanWNT
Not too bad. I think it could be better, but at least the Ottawa isn't floating anymore.
coxon
So glad it wasn't a soccer ball on fire with a maple leaf on top! Here is a picture from the event today.
elmateo
As long as they stay away from the embezzle and emboss photoshop version. the flat logo looks a lot better.
narduch
I like it. Nice and simple, which is always the best.

That thing looks like it was created in the 1930's and by extension, looks like a classic
madmonte
Ya know, I hear a lot about Canadian teams being too willing to put maple leafs in their crest...yet FC Edmonton did it, and honestly, I think their logo is the best of the 5. And I like the other logos. I just really like FCE's. But take that with a grain of salt, as I have bias to that team.

I love all the Canadian teams, especially the ones playing Canadians! Edmonton most of all because I can actually watch the odd game there

Why save up and travel miles only to be underwhelmed and undernourished by Nouvelle cuisine, when you can have hearty wholesome "local" fare on your doorstep. shamrock
I'm not completely disappointed about their new logo, but their current PDL-logo is awesome. One of the best looking retro N-A soccer logos around.

elmateo
Fury also announced Admiral Sportswear will be providing their kits next year; a smaller company that might have problems with supply if the demand picks up but they have been fairly decent with giving NASL clubs something different. The Rowdies look sharp and the Minnesota United are alright (both Admiral). Hopefully Fury gets something with a bit of style so the jersey can be worn around town. Admiral produce the England Kit in the 1970/80's but I think they have been downscaled a bit since then. Also Produced the Leeds United Kit in the Mid Seventies Billy Bremner era. Hope the Fury re-instigate the Sock Tags!
