Sam Brown
Louis Saha is available on a free transfer from Sunderland. No real details why, guess it just wasn't going to work out. Would he fit in MLS? http://www.thescore.com/epl/articles/416969-saha-to-leave-sunderland
youllneverwalkalone
He's pals with Hassli, and there was some suggestion he'd join the Caps prior to the Jarju signing. Not sure Rennie would be interested now.
dyslexic nam
When Keane was rumored to be coming across the pond, I always thought he would be a very effective MLS striker. I put Saha in the same kind of category - maybe no longer quite up to the level required for the elite leagues, but definitely enough experience and ability to have a big impact in the MLS. I don't know what he is right now injury-wise, but if he has no major medical drawbacks I think he would be an amazing purchase by any team that needs some firepower up front. He is a guy that knows how to find the back of the net, and would help any team that struggles to score goals.
rob.notenboom
Get him at TFC and let Welshman bask in his aura and soak up lesson after lesson ... would be a great learning experience.
baulderdash77
He would be a great pickup for TFC. If they can get rid of Koevermans' contract he's fit in nicely.

Yohan
Remains to be seen whether he's still got it. Likely will command DP salary, and if he is in semi retirement mode already, he might as well go to Middle East or China
xcalibre
This from Payne earlier today: "We're not interested in 33-year-old halfway-over-the hill EPL [English Premier League] players," Payne said. http://www.cbc.ca/m/touch/sports/sports-soccer/story/2013/01/31/sp-toronto-fc-gm-kevin-payne.html Saha's 34 so maybe he still counts... madmonte
^That's interesting to hear from Payne. It sounds as though he's not extremely pleased with being stuck with the DPs he has, it's practically a thinly veiled insult to them, and his predecessors who signed them.
