Lord Bob
God, remember when Romario signed with Miami FC a few years back? He barely put an effort in, was so out-of-shape he sweated gravy, and just annihilated everybody. Scored 20 goals or something just stupid like that at 40 years old. It was so ridiculous it was borderline embarrassing. I think one of those was enough, amazing though it was to watch.
alberta white
I saw Socrates turn out for non-league Outfit Garforth town in the English North East Counties League once. Only Played 10 mins. Most of the time he was chain smoking on the bench. He must have been pushing 50 but, "Christ on a bike!" was he not the most gifted man on the field that day.
