Midfielder with Columbus Crew, made 15 apperances in his first season of MLS, 22 years old and qualifies for Canada through his father.

Is he worth capping? What kind of midfielder is he? Anyone think he would be interested to play for us?

I think he's definitely worth a look and to be honest, far more likely to go on to becoming a career MLS regular than many of the other guys who played for our U23 time, who we all look to for the future of our CMNT.

Question is, would he be inclined to consider playing for Canada. No clue, and from what I gather he was born and raised in the USA. I won't even know if he has a Canadian passport.

Does anyone have any more knowledge as to whether or not he's said anything publicly about USMNT/CMNT leanings, or knows anything more about him in general?

Did a little research on him. Looks like he is a right winger who occasionally plays RB. That is good for us as we are lacking at both those positions. He is not very big (maybe 5'8 or 5'9), but he is very quick apparently.

Crew fans generally view him as a work in progress. None of them think he is starting material, but none appear to want him out, so he looks like a decent squad player.

So..although he is not that exciting of a prospect, it still wouldn't be a bad idea to call him in for Denmark. If he doesn't have a passport, he wouldn't need one right away because we play in Arizona.

Here is an interview with him:

Edit: Forgot to mention, he is on 60k a year, so that will give you an indication of his value. Keep in mind he is a rookie.

He would still need a passport to play in the game because it is an official FIFA game though wouldn't he?

Don't confuse FIFA sanctioned with an official match. He would not need a passport to play in a FIFA sanctioned (or non-sanctioned) friendly - much like Tam Nsaliwa did not against Brasil in 2008. He would however need one to play in an official competitive match such as Gold Cup, WCQ etc.
