Germany

Braunschweig 1-1 Hertha Berlin, Edwini-Bonsu remained on the substitutes bench for Eintracht Braunschweig.

However, it's a step in the right direction for him, since it was the first time in seven games he made the bench.

Mariehamn 2 - 2 MyPa, Riley O'Neill SCORED in the 57th minute to draw level with Mariehamn who were without Trafford.

It's somewhat awesome for me to see a post that mentions both Riley O'Neill and the game versus Hertha. Riley played for Eintracht during the worst season in club history (if you go strictly by the numbers, although in hindsight this season was a turning point to the better) - and 4 years later we're somewhat back in the spotlight (there has been a huge increase of attention in the nationwide media towards Eintracht over here, recently).

Uruguayan First Division

Cavallini was not in Juventud squad as the team drew Wanderers 3 - 3. There were a total of 17 red carded players, 8 from Juventud and 9 from Wanderers.

I think it's safe to say Cavallini will definitely start next match.

WOW. Good thing he wasn't in this squad!!!

Any idea what happened?!

Found an article in Spanish about it. Here's the Google translation:

In Montevideo Prado, The Park Alfredo Victor Viera Stadium, Montevideo Wanderers Youth hosted the party Pierdras a hectic, crazy and changing, where there were tables on the scoreboard and in the end a big fight between the players did the referee Gonzalez Leodan expel 16 players, 8 teams that added to Diego de Souza was expelled in the bohemian team for a total of 17 expellees, a record that can only be compared to the National Classic - Peñarol in 2000 where another brawl between players made the entire staff of both had to sleep in the police station.

The game started better for Wanderers who always looked for the victory and in the 10th minute was put forward after a header from Richard Mercado Ecuadorian Maxi center Olivera, however defensive errors appeared again for the hosts after a kick for the whole band not marked well pedrense Alejandro Reyes and 9 not forgive tying for Gauteng Department team. About the end of Act Wanderers midfielder Diego de Souza was expelled after an unnecessary would post about a rival.

At 60 minutes the best Uruguayan football midfielder and 2nd top scorer in the Apertura, Maxi Rodíguez, scoring the second goal for crab bohemian Javier Cabrera pass but only 5 minutes after Youth equalized through Michael Marquez. Youth visiting equalized with a man inexplicably lost time instead of going to win and Wanderers football with more heart than trying to win but in the absence of five minutes Youth went on to win 3-2 on a goal by former Peñarol Heber Collazo. Winning the visit seemed but Maxi Rodriguez equalized in the 88th with a great individual move, remember that this player was to go to Pescara of Serie A and certainly going to have a future in some great European league.

The match was spectacular but were unfortunate events that occurred at the end of it, Maxi Rodriguez was badly beaten throughout the match the referee still very permitivo Gonzalez Leodan not draw cards and protect those who give football a good show, Gaston Rodriguez Wanderers striker Maxi and brother, rebuked the violence in their game to the visitors and there began a great fight that was from area to area and involved almost all players in the match, the referee expelled 16 players, 8 per side that De Souza added to make a total of 17 record players leaving almost available to both teams for the upcoming matches.

The strange thing about this is that there was no history of violence between the two institutions, moreover, we must remember that the Montevideo Montevideo Wanderers moved to the city of Las Piedras in the 70's playing in a total of 5 years in Coast city where many fans and bohemian city that has given this club great players like Walter chifle Jorge Barrios and Pablo Garcia canary former Real Madrid and Osasuna and currently PAOK Salonika in Greece.

Simeon Jackson scores the winning goal in a 2-1 victory over Spurs in the League Cup.

Lot of the Norwich fans seem to want Jackson starting ahead of Morrison. Obviously, they're not the manager, but it bodes well for Jackson if the supporters want the two regular starters up front to be Holt and Jackson.

A Canaries fan posted his or hers feelings about Jackson on reddit.

He's a weird player. When we signed him originally he couldn't score to save his life, then turned it around with something like 9 in 8 at the end of the season to secure out promotion to the Prem.

His build up play, work rate, pace and strength even for a small guy would normally assure him a place in any mid table Prem team, in my opinion, but he is so frustrating in front of goal, which is why he's been dropped to the bench.

He's definitely a confidence player and if he could nab a couple in the league I honestly think he could get 10-15 goals for us, he's just so inconsistent with his shooting. Personally I love him as a player, so passionate about Norwich (and Canada) and he could develop over time, he's only 24/25.
