Spungi
I'm waiting on this info as well. Have a group of 10 and we are trying to decide when to leave for TO.
gator
I'm sure Rudi or someone will confirm this soon but Maro is always open at least 3 hours before game time for TFC matches and I expect the same for these as I know the club is preparing for large crowds! Sir Alphonso Applegate
Can't wait for Sunday. Hopefully the bbq happens. Will there be extra tix available to pick up that afternoon? I have a few last minute people that want to join the fun Socceronly should I send you a PM?
killgod
I imagine if he has tix left he'll be selling them at Maro, although I'm not sure if Jaime's already going to be on the way to Cuba? Not sure his status. Someone should be selling whatever is left either way though.
Califax
I bought 20, and if people bail (looks like weather might suck) I will have some to sell. As for pre-game, I'm glad to help with any BBQ issues if we want to try to pull something together. As, I imagine, are many others.
Sir Alphonso Applegate
Sweet. I got 25 already, but when some others heard how many people had bought tix from my group, they decided later they wanted in. It looks like I may need as many as 6 but definitely 4. I'm gonna have an Applegate name-tag at Maro lol

Very erratic this week though. Calling for rain and it's not been happening, changing things up daily. Who knows! Fingers crossed for no rain but who gives a **** really! Tuscan
I'm hoping to get the entire bench plus Hart to sign my centennial kit, so no rain would be preferred
theaub
What time are we marching again? I have some people who are dropping in a bit later but I've told them not to miss the march. Also it seems like there will be a lot of first-timers at the match so the march should be good for getting them acclimated with some of the songs per the song thread. Sam
I hope we are planning to be there in time for the warm up. The last match I saw at BMO field (Ecuador) was a real "away" atmosphere during the warm up. Not a good way for the players to start their evening. I dunno. Do players really care what the atmosphere is like during the warm-up? If find with marches if we get there too early the atmosphere kind dies once in the stadium. It's better for that atmosphere to continue right on till kickoff.
Califax
If we march too early the moderates have a hard time leaving, making for a smaller march. I'd vote T-45, but I'm sure I'm in the minority.
theaub
I think as long as we let people know at like 5:30 that we're marching at 6:15 it won't be a problem. I also think we should leave at that time, especially since I'm sure there will be some Centennial presentation and imo it'll look stupid if we're not there for it. Keegan
We don't need to be there for the whole warmup but I think it would be a boost to the players if they head back to the dressing room with the south end getting wild.

Greatest Cockney Rip Off
Does anyone know the regulations for bringing in flags on a wooden pole? Also for anyone looking to stock on Canadian flags, hats, sunglasses and whatnot, Dollarama is stocked full of all of these right now for next to nothing. A large Canadian flag is $2. No reason we can have 100s of these in the south end.
Califax
It looks like I may need as many as 6 but definitely 4. I'm gonna have an Applegate name-tag at Maro lol I will have 4 for you for sure. Fort York Redcoat1555362293
Further deets on game day vs Damn Yanks. What time is Maro opening up? Will there be BBQ near/at Maro or should we make other food arrangements? Alright It's official Lads! Maro opens at 4 o'clock and we'll be marching at 6:15! We're working on getting at least some hotdog carts or summing outside for eats! Plenty of Canada swag and beers to get us ready for a celebration a century in the making!! sstackho
If we march too early the moderates have a hard time leaving, making for a smaller march. This. History has shown that many will not leave that early, especially for a 7pm kickoff.
