villus
With a bunch of younger guys on the u-23 team and the success of the u-17 squad I was curious what our current u-20 pool looks like, I'd imagine we have a strong squad but could'nt find the ages for the u-23's and am curious what our starting 11 would look like potentially for the next qualifying tourney. Any help would be great.
Standard
Fresenga, Henry, Stinson, Alderson, Piette, Teibert, Cavallini, Grant are all 20 or under. Then you have Bush, Roberts, Aleman, Cordon, Vukovic, and the likes.

Soccerpro
The players at the recent u20 camp (u18 at the time for the next current u20 world cup cycle next year) from December in Florida were: Nathan Ingham, Ben Mckendry, Daniel Stanese, Doneil Henry, Dino Gardner, Quillan Roberts, Skylar Thomas, Manjrekar James, Caleb Clark, Ben Fisk, Chad Bush,Stefan Vukovic, Jordan Murrell, Keven Aleman, Bryce Alderson, Samuel Piette, Jonathan Lao, Abu Kamara, Oscar Cordon, Shadrack Mmunga There's some strong talent there. However, who knows what will happen between now and next year. In any event, there is a solid core who are in professional environments. It would be nice to have a few more playing pro by the time qualifying rolls around next year. On a side note, I see that Mmunga and Piette train with FC Metz, I'm assuming initially made possible through the Quebec Soccer Association relationship with FC Metz, my question is what has the OSA ever gotten from Everton? jpg75
^ The OSA has gotten **** all out of their relationship with Everton. When Jason De Vos came to speak to a group of coaches about 3 years ago he ridiculed the OSA, which at the time had had only 2 players (one was Nana Attakora) trial with Everton. Not sure how long the partnership has been ongoing, but wouldn't be surprised if it's been about 10 years by now.

Imagine if there was a Samuel Piette type opportunity for several youngsters over the last decade in Ontario.
