pappinchris
What do you guys think it will be? Here is my take: -------------------GK-Ricketts ---------------------- LB Gardner --- CB Thomas --- CB Ferrari ---RB Valentin LM Mapp --- DM Bernier --- CM Arnaud --- RM Nyassi ----------------- CF Braun -- CF Fucito -------------
Mr.Impact
Here is what I would go for, assuming all players are fit and available. --------------------Braun---------------- --Mapp-----------Arnaud------------Nyassi-- ---------Felipe-------------Bernier------------ --Gardner-----Wahl----Ferrari-----Valentin-- --------------------Ricketts-------------------
ThiKu
Not a bad team Mr. Impact. Is there space for Wahl in the First XI when Rivas is fit?

Here is my take: -------------------GK-Ricketts ---------------------- LB Gardner --- CB Thomas --- CB Ferrari ---RB Valentin LM Mapp --- DM Bernier --- CM Arnaud --- RM Nyassi ----------------- CF Braun -- CF Fucito ------------- +1, I really don't see them getting fancy with their formations with so little depth. I bet we'll be seeing Wenger subbing in the first match, too.

pappinchris
I can also see for away games Marsch playing with 1 center forward (Braun being 1st choice at the moment)

Mr.Impact
Not a bad team Mr. Impact. Is there space for Wahl in the First XI when Rivas is fit? Good question. He's able to play both left and center back. He's a big physical kid, and I prefer him over Shavar Thomas at CB. Gardner is far from being a lock at LB, but he does very well on the offensive side of the ball. Wahl like many of his team mates will get a shot at impressing JMarsch, and establish themselves as starters, and I think Wahl has the tools to do so. Keano
Yes, Felipe and Bernier looked really good together so with Arnaud in front of them should be the basic formation.
shawn_strat
Wenger will play at some point tomorrow, I'm certain of it. Wenger vs Mattocks again
Sam
Yes, Felipe and Bernier looked really good together so with Arnaud in front of them should be the basic formation. This. I also would be surprised to see Marsch go with anything other than Braun up front by himself to start against Vancouver. That may change for the Chicago game, but first game in franchise history away from home? It'll be one up front.
Kurosawa1555362267
According to media we should see this from Montreal: Ricketts Brovsky-Wahl-Ferrari-Gardner Arnaud-Felipe-Bernier-Mapp Nyassi-Braun
MastaK
I like it except for the Brovsky thing. Anyways I hope he surprises me but I won't hold my breath... That said, being the first game of the season, I have to be100% behind him and the team
Sam
That XI may well be the starting XI, I just don't think they'll line up like that. I don't think that Arnaud will be on the wing, I imagine we will see him sitting behind the striker (Braun) with Mapp and Nyassi on the wings. I don't think that Arnaud will be on the wing, I imagine we will see him sitting behind the striker (Braun) with Mapp and Nyassi on the wings. He was lined up on the wing beside Felipe and Bernier the last couple of preseason games, but drifted into the middle on most plays.
pappinchris
my prediction for the Chicago game: slightly more attacking -----------------Ricketts-------------------- Gardiner---Thomas----Ferrari----------Valentin Mapp-------Bernier-----Arnaud--------Nyassi ------------Braun-------Montano----------- *lol I did forgot D at first.. ** also expect sebrango to get subed in 2nd half especially if we need a goal...
