TGAA_Star
If Theo is emerging and then Millar is also in form, I say we still need to bring Hoilett in
BearcatSA
I haven't read anything about his injury that took him out of the Aruba match earlier than planned. How is it?

The Beaver 2.0
I would not play him in Haiti. Give him another few days to recover. We've got him well-covered for game one. johnyb, dyslexic nam, king1010 and 3 others

Hawkguy
Hoilett was huge for the growth of this program. Huge. And I will thank him for that for years. But at this point some of the hungry players coming up might already be better. Soju, jordan and BearcatSA 1
CanadaFan123
Hoilett is most definitely hungry. The issue now is that he doesn’t particularly fit into the 3-5-
Addona
Honestly, I think it was just a lack of playing time in the 2nd half of this past season. I’m confident that he’s still got plenty of quality for at least 2-3 more years. longlugan, king1010, yomurphy1 and 2 others

Soju
While club form is important, Jr always brings it for Canada and produces highlight reel moments every match. He can also bang goals when it counts, something the two youth mentioned haven't proven yet at this level. Poll question is silly of course you include him. SpecialK
Gold Cup. Junior on the left and Theo on the right. Obinna and TGAA_Star
Ruffian
If Hoilett doesn't play vs Haiti then he may need to play in the Gold Cup demonstrate his fitness and current skills if he doesn't have good enough offers yet. Many teams will see a player that didn't play much this year and then came off injured in a recent game. Sounds like his time at Cardiff this season, actually. If Hoilett does see the field today, it may be to replace one of the strikers.

It's almost tempting to put Davies and David up top together as well to negate the chances of Haiti overloading Davies on the left. Put Adekugbe at LWB. This would create a scary scenario for Haiti on the break and could put them in card trouble early BUT of course it's really tough to leave two strikers who have scored 11 goals in qualifying on the bench. Norrin Radd
Junior had two assists in the game against Martinique tonight. It was stated in the broadcast that he now has a total of fifteen assists for Canada making him the all time leader for the CMNT. If only he'd decided to represent Canada a few years earlier!
