Alex
Here's a fun thought, so during qualifying were playing 3 minnows this fall I'd say in those 6 games we should hit at least 20. Remember in 4 games against Belize and st vag we scored 15. What happens if friend scores 10 against the likes of Dominica, the cayman islands or st Lucia? Will it really matter to anyone? derofan
No friend would still be a waste even if he scored 20 goals by himself once we start hitting guatemala in the semi round forget it. I say we score 11 goals this round and then we get knocked out in the semis unless Hart creates some miracle scheme and hume and gerba are always called Here's a fun thought, so during qualifying were playing 3 minnows this fall I'd say in those 6 games we should hit at least 20. Alex
Since we now know our opponents, Im gonna go out on a very sturdy and short limb and say we beat the all time record for goals in a match which I believe is 5, in a 5-0 win over Malaysia years ago. By the time the team gets back from Puerto Rico we'll have a 6 goal game (probably over st lucia) and De Rosario will have the goal scoring record of 20 all time goals. I honestly can't see any team putting up much of a fight. Even though people seem to think the Puerto Rico Islanders are the Puerto Rican national team, they are not. Marco Velez is arguably their best player.

In Puerto Rico I'd be happy with a 2-3 goal win. Remember also Puerto Rico is going to be throwing out everything they have at us as well, they NEED to beat us at home whereas we'll probably have a little bit weaker of a roster. Guest darowaan
I would be happy to see us end this round with an average of at least 3 goals a game. So that would mean a total of 18 or more goals. I think that is a reasonable target considering in some of these games we should have a clear chance to bang in 5 so even if say PR holds up to 2 goals both times we would still make that target
CanadasBest
We should start DeRo at the front and hopefully he can #breakdalesgoalrecord
Blackdude
I'd say 21 goals. 6 of those will come next Friday.
Keegan
I'm gonna say 18 but hopefully a lot more. I'd like a 6-0 win next friday but my gut tells me I'll be let down.
James
I'll say 20-24. I'd be happy with 20. The boys have something to prove. One or two will be closer than they should be but I'm hoping for a couple blow outs too. a lot of people on this board think I'm anti-TO but I'm also expecting a big pro Canada feel at these matches, thanks to th media push, some grassroots efforts and the fact that there just aren't enough people from St Lucia to fill a Canadian stadium, even in Toronto. The Pro Canada atmosphere should help our goal totals. I'm pulling for DDR to break the record too. In Toronto? That would be cool.

loyola
We should start DeRo at the front and hopefully he can #breakdalesgoalrecord I hope we'll score a lot of goals but if DeRo is going to break Mitchell record I hope he does it in the second round. Breaking a record because you scored 4 against St-Lucia is a bit boring IMO. I think we'll score 22 goals in this round.

Our boys better hammer them.
Guest darowaan
So by my failed logic we will now beat St. Lucia 8-0 since we are like twice as good as Barbados. But I would love to see 6-0 even if that feels kind of very optimistic to me at this point
