nolando
Will miss the rest of the club season and certainly any chance at the Gold Cup - fractured left fibula: http://www.fcn.dk/nyheder/17-05-2011-bernier-ude-for-resten-af-saesonen/ (Danish article) He was injured a week before the big cup final last year too. The manager states, "I am actually convinced that this will be a heavy motivator for the squad in the last four games of the season. For the best way to help Patrice right now is winning, "says Wieghorst.

Sam
Obviously really crappy for Bernier who's had terrible luck, but I don't think it'll have too big of an effect on the team. He's not one of the starting three centre midfielders, and probably isn't among the top two centre midfielders on the bench.

If we go with Hart's favorite 4-2-3-1 with JDG and Johnson as the starting holding mids, I would say Bernier would be the first guy to replace one of the two. I don't believe Dunfield has overtaken him in terms of depth. He will be missed... scored a fantastic goal from Simpson's cross during GC09 match against Costa Rica... dang! Kurosawa1555362267
Bernier is also without a contract for next season, timing is really bad in this case, he's looking at close to two months without any serious action.
phil7777
yeah was kinda hoping he could sign with the impact this year to secure him for 2012. Darn.
Kurosawa1555362267
Bernier talked with Nick DeSantis not so long ago, he was also contacted by Vitesse Arnhem. http://www.rds.ca/impact/chroniques/320301.html
jonovision
Arnhem are a decent enough side, even if they were almost relegated from the Eredivisie this season. I'm kind of surprised to hear that as it would represent a step up of playing level at this point in his career.
