The Voyageur's Cup wraps up today with Santos in front with 3 goals. The Holiday weekend will also see the two NASL teams in action with 5 PDL and 4 CSL games on the schedule. FC London, Thunder Bay and the Whitecap's Residency all improve their playoff chances with victories Friday night. FC London's Carl Haworth becomes the first double digit scorer of the season with his 10th goal of the season. TFC and Vancouver both on the road, Camilo scores the only MLS goal, with both NASL team idle this weekend. Sullivan Silva of Capital City FC becomes the third CSL player to socre 6 or more goals.

Hassli moves into the lead with two goals vs San Jose.

With the Vancouver postponement there were no MLS games on the weekend. Sebrango with two for the Impact and Porter for FCE scored in NASL play. Oriol Torres despite playing for the last place Kamloops Excel becomes the first scoring champion leading the PCSL with 11 goals as the PCSL season ended on Saturday. Busy week coming up as the new look TFC take the field while the PDL season comes to a close.

In the PDL, FC London has a playoff spot while final weekend action will determine the fate of Vancouver Residency, Abbotsford, Thunder Bay and Victoria.

Swartzendruber -26 year old American, four years with Thunder Bay, spent one season with Harrisburg Islanders of the USL, all-time leading goal-scorer for Thunder Bay. Must like Canada also spent a season in the PCSL with Okanagan

Torres - Exchange student from Spain.

Haworth - Senior at Niagara University this fall, lead them in goals with 11 last season from Barrie Ont.

McCoubrey - 23 year-old from Wales.

The PDL season ended this weekend with Brandon Swartzendruber of Thunder Bay finishing as the PDL scoring champion with 13 goals. Thunder Bay, Victoria and FC London all advance to the PDL playoffs.

Not much change in the CSL with Richard West of Brampton joining the leaders.

Koevermans and Johnson get on the Board scoring for TFC. Shaun Saiko joins Kyle Porter as the leading socrer in the NASL with his sixth goal of the season

Hassli's two goals gives him a commanding lead. With the PCSL and PDL season's over and TFC's top scorers no longer with the team, the race is now between players from Vancouver and the CSL. Vukovic scores a Reserve league goal in addition to his CSL league leading 12 goals.

Sanvezzo picks up the only MLS goal of the week. Saiko takes the NASL lead with his 7th of the season, 19 year-old striker Michael Cox scores his first two of the season for Edmonton.

Tihomir Maletic of Toronto Croatia (last season's CSL scoring champion) scores his first goals since mid-June to move back onto the leader's board. Eduardo Sebrango of Montreal continued his successful comeback after retiring after last season by picking his sixth NASL goal.

It was a busy week in the Goden Shoe race, Richard West scored his 17th of the season to pass Eric Hassli and becomes the 1st non-MLS leader of the season. Tihomir Maletic continued his hot streak with 6 goals in two games. Ryan Johnson's 2nd MLS goal was enough to move him onto the leaders board. Omar Salgado scored his 4th Reserve League goal for Vancouver and Javier Martina scored his first TFC goal since the second game of the season, also a reserve league goal.

To the guy who said "since it is a Voyageurs award it should only go to a Canadian..." Just to play devil's advocate....how many times has a Non-European won European Footballer of the Year? Plenty.

Then name it something else. The "Voyageurs" is the name for Canadian soccer supporters. Why would we give a Canadian supporters award to a foreigner? I don't have a problem with Hassli scoring goals but why should Canadian supporters give a crap about it let alone give him an award named after Canadian National Team supporters? It just seems odd.
