zephyr
Hi, I am not from Vancouver, but will be attending the match on Saturday. Are there any pubs that are home to a large whitecaps supporter group (maybe a group of Vs)? I am familiar with the Southsiders at Oscars, but are they welcoming of non-members? I just want to down a few pints, get into a chanting kind of mood, and let loose with some other passionate fans. Thanks.

There were probably 1000 people at the first march and there are only 460 members.
TheKottonmouthed1555362307
Okay so I might be in Kitchener for this game, is there anyway I can still watch it? Or am I stuck with Team1410 online radio stream.
Blue and White Army
Teal Bunbury dares to step foot back on Canadian soil this Saturday. He will be thoroughly "welcomed".
El Hombre
Teal Bunbury dares to step foot back on Canadian soil this Saturday. He will be thoroughly "welcomed". I had forgotten about that. Hope to see a good display from the fans out there.
munseahawk
@TheKottonmouthed, if that's Kitchener, ON you'll be able to watch the game. 7pm Eastern on ch. 76 or 505. Last week's game against Philly was not blacked out so I'm guessing the same applies this week.

People need to bring Canadian flags to games against US opposition. If I go I'll be bringing my Caps flag.
Drew Shaw
So . . . who will play up front? Harris and Camilo? Harris and Long Tan? I suspect in a perfect world the first pair for an hour, the second for 30 minutes - as long as Harris' ankles are okay after all the hacks he took last week. And in goal, I think you have to go with Cannon again. He played a good game last week.

Hard to say but Ive got it on good authority that Cannon is going to get the start, whats more interesting is what Teitur will do with the backline? Does Mouloud get the call or is it Boxall abd Janicki? I personally like Rochat as a CB but hes also fantastic as a flanker, what a pickle. Will Chiumiento be fit? TFCRegina
My prediction: Vancouver loses 1-0, Teal Bunbury breaks his leg. Everyone wins.
Soccerpro
My prediction: Vancouver loses 1-0, Teal Bunbury breaks his leg. Everyone wins. KC 2 WFC 0 no Hassli, Teibert and possibly no Chiumiento = no goals
canucklefan
I watched Bunbury's goal last weekend, and as usual, he scored thanks to a mistake from the opponent. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jihbDJ8_RZg

Yes, we now know Cannon is going to play. You're right, the back line will be a juggle too. I think you go back to Boxall and play Janicki. If Davide is fit, great. If not, we may be lacking creativity in midfield. Terry didn't have a great game in Philly.
guppy
Word is KC Sporting just signed Brett Favre to kick long balls up the field to Ochocinco ... they figure if they replace all their players with NFL guys, they will lose games but finally get the crowds..
