dbailey62
Matt Stinson scored the only goal of the game as Toronto FC won 1-0 against Red Star Belgrade of Serbia in preseason action on Sunday. The TFC Academy midfielder’s 41st minute strike earned the Reds their first win of 2011 in the second game of their training camp in Antalya, Turkey. nolando
Glad that Monsalve and Zavarise both got a half as well as many hopeful youngsters, but why no Sidra yet, I wonder?
bettermirror
Excellent for Stinson! Hope he can catch on for meaningful minutes this year. I think if Winter can stick around you'll see more and more youths coming through as its the "Dutch way." You'd also expect the youth and reserves to play the same system as the first team. Obinna
^perhaps the new staff doesnt rate him Also, I have a feeling Monsalve and Zararise are going to stick with TFC, which would be good for our nats. But I don't think Sidra will, sadly.
yomurphy1
I'll be really annoyed if they cut Sidra without even giving him a shot to play.
BearcatSA
^perhaps the new staff doesnt rate him Or he's nursing an undisclosed injury. But if Winter doesn't rate him, it is what it is.
