If you find updates posted in some other thread or on the other Voyageurs forum then post them here as well, but be sure to credit the original poster. If there is news that is particularly significant (eg. someone scores a big goal, someone gets injured, etc.) then feel free to begin a new thread on that topic in order to draw greater attention or start a discussion, but also post that news here. Some comments on news posted in this thread are okay, but let's not let this thread go off into a long discussion. If the news already appears in another thread (as per the previous bullet) then post your comments in that other thread, otherwise if you want to say something significant or if it is likely to generate replies then begin a new thread. gator Posted January 15, 2011 Share Posted January 15, 2011 In the English Championship today: Edgar is on the bench as Burnley host my Queens Park Rangers, Peters gets the start at RB for Ipswich as they visit Millwall, Jackson is on the bench for Norwich at home to Cardiff City and Hume starts for Preston North End in their home match with Leicester! He looked a bit unsure early on and made a couple of mistakes but is looking dangerous and getting notice from the commentators. Interesting to see him playing in the hole, very central. Yeah, not looking good for Jackson, but if nobody scores for Norwich, things will be better for him. Basically, you have to hope Norwich does crappy so Jackson gets playing time. From translated reports it seems he is playing as a central attacking midfielder. He scored but it was called off for being offside, and had another come off the bar. NOT a good day for Casale keeper 7 shots on net 5 goals...Uccello however played well according to the media reports with what was availalbe to him on the very few occassions. He has been awarded the "C" of the team till the end of the year.
