Montreal cuts five players

Recommended Posts

Pastel really ran out of gas early in the summer. Sebrango, thanks for your time, a real class act, but obviously cannot help us in MLS. Leduc a good hometown player, gave a lot of good years, best of luck in the future. Placentino just missed the net way too many times this year. It was obvious he wasn't coming back. Wesley Charles, we hardly knew you.

Next step, some new signings. Bill 'the Wall' Gaudette???

End of an Era, best of luck to all of them.

Hope this is isn't the end for Eddy .... sad really.

Agreed about Sebrango. He gave it his all every single game, but he won't play in MLS at age 39, so there was no choice. No surprises as far as the others are concerned.

Now if they can sign a new keeper and let Jordan go, I'll breathe a little better.

I still predict we will only have about 5-6 players in MLS from this year's roster (Billy, Di Lorenzo, Donatelli, Gerba , Agourram and Ribeiro)
