Moldy9
I'll take a 2-2 draw against Ukraine anyday, too bad we couldn't have hold on for the win though... as for Diesel, me thinks Scheva rejected him for a shirt swap! lol
Lurker
I feel disappointed (blew the lead), but I'm going to say the glass is half full. Nobody expected that result, we should be proud.
Oranje
Really would have liked to see Edgar, Uccello, and Pacheo. Still a great away result though!
Fort York Redcoat1555362293
Not such a happy 100 for Scheva!! Well played first half boys!!!
Free kick
Nice....a draw in this game is far better than what i expected.
yomurphy1
Was I the only one who tough the ref was trying to even up the game?
Bertuzzi44
Gotta learn to play 90mins. When Ukraine stepped it up in the 2nd half (a la Peru), Canada had no answers. Still, great result! Good job boys!
BrennanFan
Another historic win turns into a tie. Good performance, but plenty of room for improvement. FACT: we are getting better.
guppy
I think the giant upgrade from Ukraine's substitutions at the half stunned Canada a bit.. maybe they also sat back..
Guest Ed
Wish I could have seen that one! Very good result for our Euro based players. Would have liked to see Uccello get some minutes but I hope he enjoyed being with the team in a big upset in Schevchenko's 100th cap. I was surprised to see JBB get the start but I hear he did well. Moldy9
Was I the only one who tough the ref was trying to even up the game? totally agree, he basically had an assist... must be either a CONCACRAP ref or the UEFA version of ie: from Moldova, Albania, Macedonia, Kazakistan

Fort York Redcoat1555362293
For obvious reasons I'm concerned at how well they did without DeRo. And JDG.
phil7777
Dissapointed to not have kept the lead, but overall extremely satisfied at the result. A draw vs ukraine should give us a few points in the FIFA rankings.
Jarrek
Ucello should have been subbed in, just for the sake of cap-tying him to Canada. I don't understand why Canadian Brass haven't got this figured out.
squizz1402635577
Excellent result. Yes, they blew a two-goal lead... but it's a two-goal lead against a strong European side, in Europe. And they still held on for the draw. All things considered, that's pretty damned good. The FIFA points picked up today could end up being massive when the seeding for World Cup qualifying comes around, too...
El Hombre
For obvious reasons I'm concerned at how well they did without DeRo. And JDG. As someone mentioned in the in-game thread, I think JDG still has a role to play in the starting 11. However, with what we've seen from Jackson and Simpson, I'm inclined to leave DeRo on the bench until the 75th minute.

TFCRegina
Canada fought hard, a little disappointed we folded in the 2nd half and didn't pull out the win. But based on pre-game expectations this was a great result. Hart's gotta be wondering though what might have been.
BrennanFan
Wonder how Edgar must feel now, after being passed over for Straith and Jakovic, and then seeing them perform so well. I trust Stephen Hart. I really do.

I don't understand why Canadian Brass haven't got this figured out. No cap ties in friendlies. Only way to tie a player is to have him switch at the senior level from one federation to another OR to have him capped in a competitive match.
