Some of you are aware of my former blogging activities at my previous home, the Maple Leaf Forever. Most of you will not be aware of my new project, since it was only announced today. The good folks at SB Nation (with whom I have already done a lot of Edmonton Oilers-related work) gave me the opportunity to start a blog at their network about the Vancouver Whitecaps and western Canadian soccer in general. Since there are a lot of western readers here but not a lot of western writers and the blog is very Canada-centric, I figured the Voyageurs might be interested in knowing about it. I'm saying that the blog is an attempt at being bias-free while being written about the Whitecaps by an avowed and proud Whitecaps fan, how's that? You're one of the few bloggers around who knows enough about the English language to write "try to..." rather than "try and...", so you've already got street cred for your grammar.
