jonovision
Who is playing RB? Who was he marking? Anyone? It was Doneil Henry. That's what you get when you start a teenager in a cauldron. Announcers are blaming Attakora, but he had his man marked.
AvroArrow
Yep, it was Henry. What's the thinking behind starting a green rookie in a make or break game?
dyslexic nam
Turns out to be a pretty stupid decision to start the kid. Hopefully TFC can bang one in so Motagua will need to score 2 more. Fingers crossed...
jonovision
Henry subbed off at 30 minutes. Announcers saying it has nothing to do with any "lack of quality" but who are they trying to fool?
Richard
Same old same old TFC, poor marking and too many turnovers from poor passing.
Moldy9
Give Motagua some credit, they're playing a pretty decent game with some dangerous balls in the attacking zone. TFC seems to have no synergy, lacks a bit of cohesion and few instances of brilliance. Also, I must add, gotta love the CONCACAF refs... NOT! Free kick
And poor first touches. A couple of promising plays died due to poor first touches. A little bit quality from JDG in his passed and the Dero might have scored
Free kick
What a place that must be to go on an away game as a spectator. Here is what I noticed on the sidelines and in the stands during the first half: 1) what seems like a fire from ground level somewhere in the middle of grandstands 2) some bright flashes likely from fire crackers 3) The sounds of fire crackers 4) fully geared riot squad with shields patrolling behind the nets 5) fences all around the pitch

jonovision
Well, that should do it. Despite TFC's defensive woes, I don't see them giving up 2 goals in 30 minutes. Nice counterattack, great ball by Maicon and good finish by De Ro.

dyslexic nam
Maicon is a great pick up for TFC. He seems to have a level of quality that has been lacking in the past (other than DeRo) going forward.
jonovision
Or maybe not. Some real half-arsed defending from Nane and Garcia.

Free kick
Unbelieveable. did you see that shirt pull on Maicon. It could have been a red for the Honduran and the ref gives foul to Miacon
