neil_z_
Surely we can find two more people on here who still need tickets.
Scorpio
Sorry for my late reply, but it seems like we don't have enough interest to warrant a group purchase. It kind a sucks as we now have to pay more per ticket. I'm gonna go ahead and purchase my own two tickets and wanted to let everyone else know so they aren't waiting on the group purchase. SteveBeau
Just went on Admission it seems no code is needed for 114 anymore, what the f**K??
jonovision
Not a bad little youtube video promoting ticket sales for the two friendlies: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMHvj_nMMao Too bad it has so few views (though it does also play automatically when you visit the CSA site). It is exactly 30 seconds long -- will this be a TV spot in the near future?
Tuscan
Sounds like a Sportsnet add, it'll probably run during soccer Central during the EPL games. Myself and fellow V Jordan need tix, so an order of two (my apologies neil_z and Scorpio, we couldn't solidify things till now). Are there any group purchases that have a pair hanging around or is the Admission purchase our only option?

Grizzly
I bought my ticket on Friday without a code. Yes the code sometimes is not required depending on the browser you are using and what entries you make. I reported this but it didn't get fixed and since tomorrow is the last day of code sales it doesn't matter that much (although we will try to ensure it doesn't happen next game). I think this time the CSA has made it much clearer to the Hondurans where they should buy their tickets and I don't have the impression they have been trying to buy in the Canadian supporters sections. Bertuzzi44
I am having trouble buying my ticket on the Admission website. Does anyone have an extra ticket in 114 they could sell me?

What trouble are you having? Do you have the code? The Admission website is a bit finicky, so try again a bit later if it doesn't work.

Grizzly
im buying in section 115 cuz i have a knee injury and im not sure if i can stand the whole game I think it will be quite possible to sit in the higher seats of 114. Not that it is bad to buy in 115 but it is better for us if we buy as many tickets as possible in the Voyageurs section.
Tuscan
Hmm... hopefully someone got my message about needing two tix in 114 a few posts back. Having trouble getting tix for myself and my buddy Jordan in 114 at this point, Admission's site is claiming the section is sold out. I'm not going to lie, I've been very ignorant of what has been going on for this friendly in the sense of whether someone has bought out the section yet or not. If there are two tix for 114 still available, we'd love to have them. We look forward to standing as close to the front of the section as possible, possibly smashed on Molson Ex, but definitely in full voice. We need to create a guaranteed ticket allocation like they have for the Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland games, where people are already assigned a ticket before they go on sale and have to announce if they will be able to make it or not, then their ticket goes to the next person and pushes all the other ones back a person. Having to actually do things individually causes too much nightmare. I think we need to look into creating a pool of money specifically to make mass purchases for next year's friendlies with that system in mind. If it is telling you section is sold out, that indicates you are not using the code or are not properly following the instructions sent to everyone about how to get tickets (for example by not clicking on FOR THE TRAVELLERS - CLICK HERE before selecting your tickets). There are tickets available, it only says it is sold out when you don't follow the proper procedures to get them.
jpg75
Hey Grizz, any idea how many tickets have been sold in total for this game?
Grizzly
No but sales are very low even on the Honduran side. In the Voyageurs section we are about 65 tickets sold with probably about 30 tickets sold in each of the two neighbouring non-Voyageur Canada sections. Hopefully things will pick up closer to game time.

phil7777
I'll go nonetheless, I'm just pissed me off. Didn't pay to see a B squad get hammered by Honduras. 1- They schedule the Montreal game during the week vs. Saturday for the Peru game. 2- They choose to play Honduras in Montreal, with the huge Honduras support (I understand the $$$ aspect but still). 3- Hart releases 3 of the best players of the CMNT squad for the Montreal game. It just looks like someone wants the Montreal game to fail.

Honduras is sending a B squad as well, so I don't expect the match will be unbalanced in their favour. 2. The best match Canada has played in the last two years was a draw with Mexico, featuring a midfield of Harmse, De Jong (then Pozniak), Stalteri and Bernier. 3. Related to #2. De Guzman and De Ro are important players for Canada, but really haven't stood out over the last two years of playing. I don't think our chances are greatly reduced if those two are missing. 4. I doubt Attakora would have played in MTL even if available. The way I see it, there are 4 centre backs called up (Straith, McKenna, Attakora, and Jakovic) and they all need to see time. To be quite honest, I'd be shocked if Canada lost to Honduras in this one.
