Mr.Impact 0
Things are progressing, which is good enough for me at the moment. I really hope that once FC Edmonton is in it next year, they could perhaps create a separate site for the NCC/Vs Cup that is nice and pretty, that will be inviting to new people looking to check out what this competition is all about. They really need to up the marketing hard for this one, they will have audiences in the Pacific, Prairies, Ontario, and Quebec who are fully vested in a club, not to mention the rest of the country who just love watching this tourney unfold year after year. What have efforts been like in Vancouver to hype this game? I would expect Vancouver to have a decent crowd for the game. Anything below 5000 people would be an embarrassment. Lord Bob 68
Yeah, Vancouverites hate playoff hockey with the home team involved and loving coming out to watch their boys take on a mediocre also-ran on a weekday.
Lord Bob 68
Oh, typical Toronto, they even take a Vancouver - Montreal game as an opportunity to focus attention on themselves! (Sorry, habit.)
Vic 1
I had to turn the sound off, they were making a great game sound like watching paint dry. Montreal lineup very weak. I'm sure the Caps have already filed a protest.
Seb of Mtl 0
why are the southsiders singing "tic-toc tabarnak who the ****'s the impact"? --- really? they dont know who the impact are? they are the club that beat them last year in the finals after the coaching staff took a wise decision to bench certain players so that they would be in shape for the championship run! and come on southsiders, you don't need to copy ignorant chants from other clubs' supporter groups. Thats a lame excuse. Lucky you don't have a 13000 seat satdium. Kansas city move over.

Mr.Impact 0
Pastel, Glorius opportunity missed at the 40th minute.
Sam 1
Pastel's been very good. After a very poor opening 20 minutes from Montreal they've really took control of this match, much deserved lead.
RS 2,265
why are the southsiders singing "tic-toc tabarnak who the ****'s the impact"? Because they secretly love TFC?
Jeremy 19
What's the attendance?
Vic 1
Caps looked the better side out of the gate in the first 25 then died off. Technically gifted players but they seem to lack patience. Kind of surprised, expected more from them. And the Impact are definitely targeting the slow right back. Edited May 6, 2010 by Vic
Seb of Mtl 0
Because they secretly love TFC? i got to admit, its an amazing chant especially when you consider what happened in the game that it premiered.
Seb of Mtl 0
What's the attendance? if i were to guess... not more than 3000
Vic 1
Placentino should have been booked for crawling off the field when he was subbed. That's taking the game into disrepute. Shameful, rude, ignorant, disrespectful to everyone else on the field and in the stadium.
Vic 1
Stymied trying to figure out who is the bigger idiot - the officiating crew or Braz. Both appear to be legendarily incompetent at their jobs.
iMissTheExpos 10
what a joke.
Jeremy 19
Allow me this little pun, the ref choice was a Gamble. There was absolutely no foul outside the box to begin with.
SteveBeau 0
I don't know why Dobson keeps saying "It's huge for Montreal to get a point tonight" uh..No it's not! They needed a win...
tmcmurph 39
What's the attendance? Caps site says 4300+
Jeremy 19
How often did Dobson said "pardon me" in this broadcast. You can only mistake Montreal for Vancouver so many times.
the biologist 0
Yeah, same for me ! As for the 1-1 score, I'll say it before a zillion of Caps fans jump on the board to write it with big, bolded upper case characters: I guess it's bad karma for last year's game.
