Veteran Seattle Sounders defender Tyrone Marshall is a two-time MLS All-Star and a two-time MLS Cup champion. After stints as a key member of the Miami Fusion, Los Angeles Galaxy and Toronto FC, Marshall joined Seattle for their inaugural season and immediately established himself as an important leader on the team’s back line. At the international level, he has been capped 69 times by the Jamaican National Team.

In this interview, Tyrone and Red Nation discuss his experiences playing with Seattle, his transition from Toronto FC to the Sounders, the Jamaican National Team and going up against Canada in CONCACAF competition.

Yet another former TFC player enjoying success at a different MLS club. Not good enough for Mo but good enough for Sigi. Hmmmm, I'll go with the Sigmeister on this one.

His comments about lack of chemistry due to lack of time together is really telling. Bad news is the problem has only gotten worse. Hopefully Nana & Adrian can be the start of a building out from the back because it just looks like TFC are flailing around like a fish out of water.

Funniest part was when he talked about being sent on in Toronto as a forward but he "didn't like it up there".
