SteveBeau
This past fall and winter brought more media attention on Division II soccer then ever before. USL and NASL have created a greater media push by hiring PR reps. The teams themselves are also stepping up their website coverage. Although it's easier to access D-II soccer than ever before there are still obscurities in team rosters. D-II teams are more fluid than MLS teams for numerous reasons making it harder to keep track of players from year to year. Adding to the equation, three new expansion teams are added to the league this year and another team moves up from D-III. Last year Inside Minnesota Soccer brought you a very popular 2009 USL-1 League Preview that helped to fill the gap in media coverage. IMS reached out to experts from around the country who wrote previews of their local teams. On Wednesday, March 31, Inside Minnesota Soccer will publish a complete USSF D-II Pro League 2010 Season Preview. 12 - Teams 12 - Stadiums 12 - Coaches 12 - Previews 12 - Authors The 2010 USSF D-II Pro League season preview will contain information about the teams and coaches, win/loss records, with links to the team's website, roster, and information about stadiums. Best of all is a preview of each team. The previews are written by a representative in each team's area who, in most cases, writes for an online publication that covers the team. On April 10, 2010, the USSF D-II Pro League will kick off their season and IMS will help you prepare with our season preview. Please check back here on Wednesday morning March 31, for a complete 2010 season preview of the new USSF D-II Pro League. http://www.insidemnsoccer.com/2010/03/31/2010-ussf-division-ii-pro-league-season-preview-nasl-usl-soccer ( link will only be functionnal Wednesday morning)
