Edgar is nowhere in sight for Burnley at Arsenal in the Premiership! Meanwhile Jackson has opened the scoring in the 7th minute for Gillingham at home to Huddersfield in League One! Also in League One, Haber starts for Exeter at home to Oldham!

Marcel de Jong plays 90 minutes for Roda JC in a 2-4 home loss against Feyenoord. Marcel had a very difficult afternoon against Georginio Wijnaldum and was lucky to not be sent off in the last minute after he tripped Wijnaldum as the last defender.

I just realized that Daniel Fernandes is back in the Greek SL.

He is on loan to Iraklis Thessaloniki. They currently sit in 9th place.

I watched Dani play against Olympiakos today. He had a very sharp game. He made a few great point blanks saves to earn a 1-0 victory

Since he's there they have three wins, three draws, no losses, two goals against in 6 matches. When he arrived they were close to relegation spots, now pushing into midtable.

He made the move thinking it was his way to get playing time and get noticed for the World Cup by Portugal, which may work. His bets are still for them and that makes yours and mine in the wrong thread.

It's almost not worth mentioning but Edgar's nightmare season continues as he can't even get on the bench today, even during his side's freefall to second from bottom of the table. Disappointing doesn't begin to describe it.
