And he was not afraid of improvising as he went along." ^Hmm that's not how I remember Holger's style. Ball control and short passing best to my mind appeared at the end of Yallop's tenure. If memory serves Oscieck had the boys bunkering and then using a dump and chase counter attack which usually resulted in an early cross from the wing.
