That football culture was pass on to Canada obviously, otherwise Dale Mitchel would have never stay in the job for so long and is more obvious when you see somebody like Mo Johnston who still enjoying the easy life without pressure for results that Canadian soccer is accustom to.

The fan base in Italy is much more fanatical than it is in the UK but not as zealot as the extremist of South America. Canada on the other hand is a different story since most Canadians would not even recognize most soccer players or coaches........Still a third world nation in this sport. For the most part, It is a manifest of the cultural differences.
