Has Mo/Cummings lost the plot?

I put Mo/Cummings because I am not sure who is calling the shots as far as team selection or stategy after Tuesday's debacle.

The lack of heart or effort on Tuesday by Guevara and Robinson in particular, was a sickener for the fans. Garcia because he is slow needs support and I would throw Gomez in beside him. Gomez may be raw but he is quicker and smarter and would help out Garcia's defensive problems. I would move Serioux into Robinson's spot. Nana, when he is fit, must replace Wynne who, if he has to play should play right midfield, if at all.Wynne's positioning is costing us big time.

When Cummings took over from "long ball" Carver he initially had us playing nicer football now it appears like he is in a panic and subsequently there is meltdowna all over the pitch. Is Cummings really calling the shots or is it Mo? By next season both should be gone and replaced by someone who will focus on development and also a more canny tactician. I think unless there is sudden dramatic improvement in team heart and passion then this season is over. What a shame!

Is that Burton Cummings or Alan Cummings?

Toronto continually resort to the long ball when they are matched with speed and creativity. One thing I don't get, is for a former midfielder, Brennan seems to love the long up to the final third. Serioux plays with the ball too cutely, especially when he cuts through the box and Marvell's speed, bails out his poor positioning on some nights.

The play should originate from the back, and if:

1. You continue to give up possession and,

2. Go between zonal and man-to-man coverage

You're not going to do your team any favours.

Ok, instead of panicking. Wait.

If we make playoffs, all the objectives this season are achieved.

Cummins is a new manager, with no experience at this level, if he leads us to playoffs, he's done more than Carver and Mo have. Wait until what happens happens. Yes, I decry the panic ball, but let's wait.

Cummins might turn into a tactician with experience. Let's watch and see.
