Trivia

- either way, the Final will have a team called the Blues playing a national capital city

- the Fury started 9 Internationals in their defeat of FC Indiana (http://www.fcindiana.com). Hopefully one day soon we see Vancouver and Ottawa in the WPS. Two great franchises.

- if we see a Fury/Pali final, it will be the Fury's four Kiwis against Pali's two

Halifax's Molly Allen who plays for the Washington Freedom logged half an hour off the bench in their semi win over Ottawa. Not sure if she had any game time in the final, but if she wasn't called back to school like Pali's Kara Lang, I believe she would have the distinction of being the only Canadian in the final.

Also, coach of the year in the W goes to Fabien Cottin of the Quebec City Amiral.
