AlanDouglas Posted July 10, 2009 Share Posted July 10, 2009 I watched the last two games at Deighton's Well pub in Gastown (Water near Abbott), upstairs on the big screen, but with no sound. It's adjacent to my office, and the owner knows who I am and was happy to put the games on for me. Not sure if I'll have the same luck on a Friday night, as the place is often busy, but we'll see. How many people showed up for the game, if you don't mind me asking?? The last pub I attended to watch the Gold Cup matches in 2002, I think there was about 5 Canadian fans. I'm for sure interested in attending for the Quarterfinal match, if you're still organizing it. Thanks for organizing it at least in Elwoods.
