Honduras v Montreal Impact

Last comment was deffinetly uncalled for...

Club teams are usually stronger than NT's when talking about most leagues around the world. However in concacaf I just don't know and although the Impact did win 3-1 the last time they faced Honduras I don't know what to expect as far as a W/L result goes.

Hopefully the team finds its form in time for the start of the season and moves on from the debacle that was the 2nd leg. Move on, but not forgetting. I, just as many other Impact supporters are this season, am expecting some great things once again for Montreal. Hopefully with a steadier start it could help us in the tables. It will be an exciting time for footy in Montreal and Canada this summer (probably not as much as some of us thought though, but none the less exciting times for our game)

Another 2nd half collapse by the Impact and a 2-0 loss vs the Honduran national team. The Impact were all tied up until the 47th minute, where Honduras capitalized from the penalty marker, 15minutes later Honduras added an insurance marker.

It seemed as if the 1st half the Impact were creating things offensively and were very solid on the defensive end, unfortunetly things obviously turned differently quickly in the 2nd half.

Well a solid effort vs the Honduran NT, now a match vs Miami FC on Thursday lets see what the Impact do against a weaker opponent, if they can expose them or just sit back and content themselves for a 1-0 victory.

I don't know if it's a "collapse" to take 2 goals (including one penalty) in the second half.

Well after reading quotes from JL, it seemed as if the Impact really broke down in the 2nd half after really playing strong in the 1st. Maybe "collapse" was a little strong, but none the less they didn't perform to their 1st half levels once again.
