JoeSoccerFan Posted March 13, 2009 Share Posted March 13, 2009 ^^^ Of note in that match: Jakovic concedes a penalty with a foul on Guevara (DeRo converts), DeRo adds an assist to go along with his goal, while Serioux throws the ball into the box for goal scoring chances all match long. From the match report on Behind the Badge (which is linked to DC's official site): In the 32nd minute, Toronto doubled its lead when Rohan Ricketts fed a ball through United’s defense to Amado Guevera. The Honduran international took a touch and got tangled up with Greg Janicki. Guevera fell to the ground and was awarded a penalty. On the ensuing spot kick, De Rosario placed the ball in the left side of the net as goalkeeper Milos Kocic guessed the wrong way and dove right. If you watch the highlight video Jakovic is just arriving on scene by the time Guevera is on the ground. The two are about the same size but Jakovic has the longer hair.
