- Are the players paid? Some clubs are paying their players, tough to know much more about this.

- How many teams are there? There's 2 divisions in the senior men's category with top2/bottom 2 moving up/going down at the end of the season. Both leagues are compose of 10 teams.

- What cities are represented? Montreal has a lot of clubs represented. Quebec City has a few. Trois-Rivières, Rimouski, Victoriaville are also represented.

- Would you compare the level to CSL or is it closer to Sr. amateur? It's a Senior amateur league

- When does the season run? Early May to end of September.

- Do these teams have youth teams? Some have.

- How long has this league existed? It changed names a few times but I think it appeared in the late 80's but I'm not sure.
