Vancouversoccerman Posted November 12, 2008 Share Posted November 12, 2008 Right now, the stadium is entirely dependent on the negotiations between the Port & the Whitecaps (and yes...believe it or not, there are still talks). The fact that the Caps are looking at BC Place as a solution until possibly 2016 suggests it may not be the next council that deals with this. That being said, both Ladner & Robertson are in favour. On the council front, Vision Vancouver is all over the place on the stadium, but will vote for it if there's enough public pressure. NPA is solid with Suzanne Anton leading the charge.
