I see that they want to double their operating budget, but no real plan to show how, and how the funds will be allocated to the different programmes. Without an explicit plan of how the revenues will be raised the fiscal predictions are simply not credible. This is another expensive and meaningless CSA production that will end up forgotten on a shelf gathering dust like so many previous grand plans of the organisation that have got us nowhere.
