Guest Jeffery S.
On Diez, the Honduran soccer site, there are up to 5 short articles on the game already up. Some have pics of the Impact on their arrival (speaking to Brown, who played in Honduras), others err by saying Mtl tied Atlante IN Cancun. This one has the coach of Olimpia Castillo warning of the difficulties of playing the Impact, who they consider to be a tough rival, not necessarily inferior. http://www.diez.hn/Ediciones/2008/10/01/Noticias/Impact-es-un-equipo-muy-complicado-Cuate-Castillo Links to other articles on the Impact on the right. Cheeta
Beer in the Beer fridge and only 13 hours to kick-off and I'm already getting nervy. Hope this match augers well for future trips by Canadian footballers to Honduras.
Daniel
I like how they mention that the Impact have a Japanese player and a Serbian player. Fukasawa and Kolic left the team after the 2006 season .
Keano
http://www.rds.ca/impact/chroniques/260802.html "It'll be difficult" - Pizzolito Expects similar pace and quality to Atlante but more offense due to being in front of a home crowd. Grande and Byers miss out due to accumulated yellows.

RJB
Coming out of Honduras with a point tonight would be fantastic for the Impact. Here's hoping!

Tuscan
Headin out with a girl (woo!) to watch this one at O'Sheas pub downtown. If the Impact upset Olimpia on their home soil, it's time to start thinking about the quarter finals as far as I'm concerned.

First time achievement... [] And there it is, 2-1 at Olimpia's home soil, off a questionable penalty call on what appeared to be a dive from Brown during that corner. I really can't see Montreal falling apart now that they are in such a commanding position, but playing in Cancun will probably be an even larger test than in Honduras. In my eyes now it is really a question of whether Montreal will finish 1st or 2nd in the group.
