So what?

His dressing room is largely populated by a bunch of older players, who probably don't give much weight to these sort of tantrums, and his younger players know TFC's budget is tighter than a condom on a sailors' (edit). So what's he going to do?

It's all good to demand more and drop threats but if everyone thinks you're bluffing, whether you are or not, you've got troubles.

Carver is spot on with everything he said but he's in a tight spot and maybe should measure his outrage better.

Yours is the only negative reaction I've seen to Carver's comments. The TFC supporter's seem to really appreciate his class and candor.
