Soju
Dunga's ass has gotta be in the catapult right now. It'll be interesting to see how things develop in the Brazil camp.
Guest Jeffery S.
Thus far noone has mentioned that this result makes ours vs. Brazil even worse. We almost drew a rather fragile Brazil side, Venezuela, historically the worst Comenbol nation beat them. I know Venezuela is doing a lot better lately, glad to see it, so nothing against them. But maybe we should be on a clear upward curve as well and get some results to show for it.
amacpher
quote:Originally posted by Danny Boy or they really don't care about these friendlies. That's clearly the correct answer. Wake me up when a result like this occurs in a match that actually matters. That said, its just a matter of time before Venezuela beats either Brasil or Argentina in a World Cup qualifier and/or qualify for the World Cup. They are getting closer and have beaten just about everyone else in CONMEBOL since 2001 when they really started to show improvement (36 points from their last 27 WCQ matches).
